$10This training curriculum is designed for CHWs and health professionals working within similar roles. This introduction module encompasses topics such as: obesity, overweight, BMI, chronic & non-chronic conditions, infectious & non-infectious conditions, and an overview of prediabetes, type I, type II, and gestational diabetes. We will cover healthy behaviors to assist with chronic disease management as it relates to health coaching.
