Community Health Worker Institute Training Manager
Description: The Community Health Worker Institute is hiring a Training Manager. The Training Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of the Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) and plays a critical role in helping the CHWI and CCHA achieve their missions. The Training Manager is responsible for managing the training team; developing and delivering engaging training to community-based professionals; and ensuring that high quality training is effectively provided to Community Health Workers (CHWs) and other community health stakeholders throughout South Carolina and beyond. Effective candidates will have experience working as and/or with CHWs, supervision, training development and delivery, adult-learning and popular education techniques, and organizational skills.

CCD Program Coordinator
Description: PASOs is hiring a bilingual and bicultural Connections for Child Development (CCD) Program Coordinator. The PASOs CCD Program Coordinator, under the direction of the Executive Director, will provide coordination and leadership for the advancement of the PASOs statewide CCD Program. The CCD Program Coordinator will collaborate with Community Health Workers in every part of the state where PASOs has a presence to provide the CCD program, evaluate development in Latino children ages 0-5, and ensure they receive the services they need to develop adequately for their age. This position requires experience in early childhood development or a closely related field such as psychology, social work, sociology, or education, excellent interpersonal skills, community and organizational partners and collaborators, and experience in program development. Master’s degree and 2-year relevant program experience or bachelor’s degree and 4 years relevant program experience required. Must speak and write in English and Spanish.

Greenwood/Saluda Community Health Worker

Resource Specialist
Description: As a Community Health Worker, the PASOs Resource Specialist plans, develops, markets, and delivers public health education regarding the Affordable Care Act (ACA) instruction to local health program participants and community groups. Facilitates enrollment of eligible participants in Medicaid and establishes comprehensive education of ACA. The Resource Specialist position is based out of the PASO Greenville office. Community Health Worker
