The Office of Regional Health Operations (ORHO) is part of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In Region IV, we work to protect and promote the health of all communities within the eight southeastern states (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN, & Six Federally Recognized Tribes) through programs centered on women’s health, minority health, health disparities/inequities, opioids, behavioral health, HIV/AIDS, and emergency preparedness.
