2023 Health Equity Summit

Building on the success of last year’s event, the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Region 4 Health Equity Council would like to invite you to attend its 2023 health equity summit, “Community Voices and Cross-Sector Collaboration to Advance Health Equity“.   The goal of this summit is to provide a forum for discussing and sharing innovative solutions and best practices for progressing health equity within the Southeastern states on the Federal, State, and Local levels.

This hybrid event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 13, 2023 and is open to all working in the space of addressing social determinants of health as an approach to achieving health equity.  Please feel free to share this information via your respective networks.
