CHWs in Telehealth Specialty Training

By the end of this training, learners will be able to leverage their skills as CHWs to increase trust and utilization of telehealth among their participants. Training topics covered include foundations of telehealth, CHW contribution to the expansion of telehealth services, rapport-building skills, methods to increase telehealth utilization, supporting participants’ digital literacy, as well as available telehealth resources.
